Studio
"Downtown studio. Scalable production. Real infrastructure — where vision meets convenience."
Location
Located in Sudbury’s former CBC radio station at 15 MacKenzie Street our studio is surrounded by everything a production needs. A hardware store with a full lumber yard is just a short walk away, alongside dozens of catering, hotels, coffee shops, restaurants options and essential municipal services. Need transit? We’re on the bus line. Need parking? We can arrange overflow for larger productions.
Whether you're scaling up or shooting lean, our central location keeps your team connected, supported, and close to the action — no long drives or logistical juggling required.
Space
Our boutique commercial photography and motion picture production studio is 1500 sq ft with an expandable additional 1800 sq ft. With 12' ceilings, steel trusses, and an epoxy-coated concrete floor, the space adapts to portraits, product photography, editorial shoots, film productions, and more.
Control
With 600 amps of power, full HVAC control, and blackout drapes for light and sound management, the space is designed to work around your needs. While not a sound stage, dampening options can be rigged, and custom insulation can be set up for controlled audio environments.
Studio Rental
Our studio is available for half-day, full-day and weekly rentals. Proof of insurance or a refundable security deposit is required.
